Get a blood test done to see if you are low in vitamin B12, vitamin B5, vitamin A, and vitamin E - a deficiency in these nutrients can trigger gout! Also, raise your pH level by eating extremely healthy (alkalizing foods are lemons, limes, garlic, ginger, watermelons, fresh figs, raw leafy greens, etc.. are great!)

Prescription drugs just suppress symptoms. They won't cure the underlying cause. Herbal remedies or even cherries will clear up symptoms without causing any nasty adverse reactions like the drugs, but they won't get rid of the underlying cause either. If you really want to cure it you should see a professional Homeopath.

Ever seen the ad on TV where the guy is carrying a jug of Uric acid around with him? It is about the stupidest ad's I've seen. Herbal, theres a few that work, off hand Nettle leaf. Other herbs include: Queen of the Meadow, Gravel Root, (Safflower Petals for pain). For the fastest relief use Nettle capsules as directed on the bottle every 12 hours, and 1 tablespoon of the whole Unsweetened cherries every 12 hours. Cause of gout products with yeast, Beer, breads, process lunch meat, and much more. Do a web search for yourself. Spamming your own site? Content on that one is pretty poor. I would suggest something with much more content that isn't trying to sell a product - not to mention, comes from a far more reliable source http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/gout-diet/MY01137 I've known plenty of people to control it with diet - after all, it's known as a rich man's disease because it has such a heavy dietary component. Tart cherry juice cherry products are easy and cheap enough to find here that it would be easy to east/drink a therapeutic amount for 20 a month - and considering if you cut back on meat, you'll be more than breaking even in the end.
